Product Description

Following the success of the PX-350 Privia Digital piano, Casio have introduced the brand new PX-360, which offers you an even better experience. The latest Privia model gives you a much easier operation through its colourful touch screen interface and it includes a wider range of voices and rhythms as well as powerful effects and improved connectivity. It is the ultimate piano for every pianist and musician looking for a versatile instrument that can be used at home, on stage, in the studio as well as in a teaching environment. Here at Westmount Music we are very pleased to stock this exciting addition to the Privia range and are certain you will not be disappointed with the all new features.

Casio's signature Tri-Sensor II keyboard uses the latest technology to recreate the natural touch and response of an acoustic piano. Each key features three sensors that accurately capture the slightest nuance of your expression and intonation for a truly emotional and rich performance every time. The 88 note keyboard is not only weighted but also gradually weighted, meaning that the notes will be heavier in the bottom range and will slowly become lighter as you move on to the top range, just like on a grand piano. AiR sound engine, another unique technology to Casio ensures that the high quality concert grand piano samples are reproduced creating a rich, powerful and realistic tone and smooth dynamic transitions from quiet to louder sounds using Linear Morphing technology. Damper Resonance also adds to the purity of the Casio PX-360's sound by recreating the vibration of the strings against an acoustic piano's soundboard while Key Off Simulator controls a note's decay by how quickly it is released, which is especially crucial for accurate Legato and Staccato representation.

Following the footsteps of the Casio PX 350, the new model features even more voices and rhythms! The piano provides 550 high quality sounds, including a huge variety of instruments and percussion while the built-in digital effects system allows you to modify your sound with a range of reverb, chorus, delay, master EQ, brilliance and DSP effects to achieve that perfect tone no matter where you are. To complete your performance you can use any of the 200 built-in rhythms and even customize them to create 10 user rhythms! In order to always be show ready, you can save your favourite rhythms, voices, effects and chord progressions for a quick recall in 50 different music presets.

Colourful touchscreen ensures enjoyable and easy operation

Possibly the most prominent feature of the Casio PX-360 is its full colour, touch sensitive display. Not only does it make the operation of the piano much more enjoyable, it also allows you to easily access all the functions of your instrument quickly. Having all of the information you need at your disposal means that you will be able to make the most of this piano and thoroughly use everything it has to offer.

The Casio PX-360 is designed with virtually every musician in mind! Its authentic piano feel and sound will be perfect for a student or a more experienced pianist looking for something portable without compromising on the quality. Despite the piano's compact and lightweight demeanour, you can add the CS-67 wooden stand and even the SP-33 pedal board to create a more traditional look that will be perfect for any home. If you are performing live, we are certain you will be able to take the piano with you on the road and its great sound and versatile features and effects will help you put on a fantastic show. As well as during live performances, the instrument's range of connections and easy recording function will be ideal for studio work too. Finally, the PX-360 from Casio UK is excellent for teachers and students with its dual headphone input, duet mode that allows two players to play side by side and classroom mode, which makes the instrument compatible with the most popular third party piano lab systems.
