We set our prices competitively and all of our products have guaranteed free UK delivery, unless otherwise (clearly) stated in the listing. Currently, our only product range that has shipping costs included in the price are our Helios Brass products; this is because we are contractually obligated to sell these products with postage costs included in the selling price.

If you are visiting our website from outside of the UK and wish to purchase one of our products, please contact us and we will provide you with a subsidized quote to your destination. If you accept our quote for delivery, you can proceed to purchase the delivery (and method) as part of your transaction.

All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee for domestic customers, in accordance with the OFT Distance Selling Regulations Act. Please see our Delivery and Returns guide for further information.

We feel this is policy is especially important for customers wishing to purchase musical instruments and we understand the need to 'try and test' like in any musical instrument retail shop. As long as they come back to us in the same condition as we sent them, we will give a full refund for any unsuitable returns.

If you are an International customer, we will honour this policy although you would be responsible for any shipping costs back to us.

Please contact us for a Returns Reference Number (RRN). For your own protection, we strongly recommend sending any goods back via recorded signed-for delivery with applicable insurance to cover goods damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Upon receipt of the unsuitable goods, we will issue a full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

It would be very rare for this to happen, but if this is the case, please contact us straight away and we collect the goods at our cost for a full refund or replacement

Your warranty is there to protect you against defects that may arise during the products use. Please contact us with a brief description of the fault or defect and we will assess at our discretion whether to repair or replace the item under the terms of the manufacturers warranty. If an identical exchange item is unavialable or discontinued, we will offer a like-for-like item or the value towards a replacement of your choosing.
