My son has been having drum lessons with James for the past two years and has thoroughly enjoyed learning to play. James makes the lessons fun and individualises the approach and content to keep interest whilst ensuring progress. Through lockdown we moved to online lessons which worked surprising well too and the flexibility to continue to learn remotely was very much appreciated!
James has taught my son and daughter drums at Westmount Music and his friendly approach is spot on, for both maintaining their interest, and teaching them in a relaxed yet efficient way
My boys started learning guitar and drums from a young age with Westmount music teachers Peter and James. The teachers have adapted their style to the boys as they have grown up, and continue to inspire them to progress and most importantly enjoy their learning.
